FMI Downscaling Workshop, held at the Finnish Meteorological Institute (FMI) in Helsinki, Finland, within the framework of the RISKADAPT project, brought together researchers and professionals in the field to discuss building-level downscaling methods, furthering climate research and adaptation strategies.
The workshop, which was made possible through the joint efforts of the Finnish Meteorological Institute, the University of Bologna, and ERRA, demonstrated the power of partnership in advancing climate science.
The workshop’s hybrid format enabled participants to join remotely via MS Teams. Throughout the day, participants engaged in insightful discussions, shared valuable knowledge, and fostered collaborations that promise to drive climate research and adaptation forward.
